domkirby.com Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 14, 2026
This site collects only what you type into a form, uses it only to answer that form, measures traffic with privacy-preserving analytics, and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out of its forms. We do not sell your information.
Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Dom Kirby Creative, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through domkirby.com (the "Site"). We are based in Colorado, United States.
Information you give us
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to enter into a form on the Site, such as a speaking inquiry or contact form. Depending on the form, this may include:
- Your name and email address
- Your organization, role, or event details
- The content of your message
We use form information only for the purpose that form exists. A speaking inquiry is used to respond about speaking; a contact message is used to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list or use your submission for marketing unless you ask us to.
We do not ask for sensitive information through the Site. Please do not send it.
Analytics
We use two analytics tools to understand how the Site is used in aggregate, such as which pages are popular and how visitors find us. We do not use analytics to identify you personally.
Google Analytics via Cloudflare Zaraz. Google Analytics is loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz, which runs on Cloudflare's servers rather than in your browser. Zaraz anonymizes data before it reaches Google, including removing or truncating your IP address. Google receives aggregate usage data, not information that identifies you. Learn more inGoogle's privacy policy.
Plausible Analytics. We also usePlausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics platform that we operate ourselves. Plausible uses no cookies and does not store IP addresses or build visitor profiles. It records page views and general usage, such as pages visited, referring site, country or region, device and browser type. This data stays with us and is not shared with or sold to third parties.
Plausible sets no cookies. Google Analytics via Zaraz may use cookies or similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the Site works without them.
Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Our forms are protected byCloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused tool that tells human visitors apart from bots and blocks spam and abuse.
To do this, Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint, user-agent, and the site you are visiting. These signals are not used to identify, profile, or target you. Cloudflare processes them on our behalf to secure this Site, and also uses them as a controller to improve Turnstile's bot detection.
Cloudflare's processing of this data is described in theTurnstile Privacy Addendumand theCloudflare Privacy Policy. For requests about data processed to protect this Site, contact us. For questions about Cloudflare's own use of Turnstile data, contact Cloudflare's Data Protection Officer atdpo@cloudflare.com.
How we use and share information
We use information only to respond to your form submission, operate and secure the Site, and understand aggregate traffic.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for targeted advertising. We do not use it for profiling or automated decisions about you.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger. In a transfer, this policy's commitments would continue to apply to your information.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run the Site. They process information only on our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments.
| Provider | What they do |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting, security, content delivery, Zaraz tag management, and Turnstile bot protection |
| Anonymized, aggregate analytics via Zaraz | |
| HubSpot | CRM that may receive and store form submissions so we can respond |
Retention and security
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner. Analytics data is kept in aggregate or anonymized form.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on the systems that hold your information. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by Colorado law.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can contact us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
- Get a copy of your information in a portable format
We respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Colorado residents. The Colorado Privacy Act gives Colorado consumers rights to access, correct, delete, and port their data, and to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, and profiling. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising or profiling, so there is nothing to opt out of. We honor these rights requests regardless. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if you remain unsatisfied, you may contact theColorado Attorney General.
Global Privacy Control. We honor browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
